By engaging in any transaction with Care Home Packers & Movers, including but not limited to requesting a quotation, making a booking, signing a service agreement, or using our online platforms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and us.

Booking a service with Care Home Packers & Movers requires an initial consultation, during which we will assess the details of your move and provide an accurate quotation. A booking is confirmed only upon payment of the agreed-upon fee.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other method approved by us. Full payment must be made before the services are provided unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees or rescheduling charges as per the agreed-upon terms.

Care Home Packers & Movers provides basic insurance coverage for your items during the move. However, if you require additional coverage, you must inform us in advance, and we can arrange for extended insurance coverage at an additional cost.
Please note that we are not liable for damage to items that are not properly packed or that are inherently fragile (e.g., glass, artwork, electronics) unless additional insurance coverage is arranged.
We will not be responsible for the transportation of the following items:
Customers must ensure that none of these prohibited items are included in their shipment. If any prohibited items are discovered, we reserve the right to refuse service and charge additional fees for handling or disposal.
We will make every effort to adhere to the agreed-upon timeline for your move. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, labor strikes, traffic conditions, or accidents. These are considered "Force Majeure" events, and we will notify you as soon as possible if such an event affects your move.
If any of your items are damaged or lost during the moving process, we request that you inform us immediately upon delivery. Our team will assess the situation and, depending on the circumstances, provide compensation as per our insurance policy or service agreement.
Care Home Packers & Movers will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the actual value of the items damaged or lost during the move, subject to the terms of the insurance policy and service agreement.

Care Home Packers & Movers reserves the right to terminate our services at any time in the event of customer misconduct, failure to adhere to the terms outlined, or non-payment of fees. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any services already rendered.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chandigarh India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lucknow and Hisar High Court.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page, and the updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
